If you don't like your view then make a new one

Anna has been busy for the last few weeks working on a painting for our living room, and this is the finished product! It is amazing. Above is the close-up, and below is how it looks in the living room. She split the picture onto four separate canvases and we hung them a few inches apart to make it look like it's a view through a window.

As much as we like this, we could be talked into parting with it for the right price (actually it's just me because I don't think Anna would sell this one). Bidding starts now at $1500. Don't tell Anna. If it sells then I'll just pull it off the wall one day when she's at work, then leave the back door open and tell her we were robbed. She'll never know. And she'll be flattered that the only thing the burglars took was her painting. Win-win situation. Seriously, I told Anna she needs to start selling her paintings but she doesn't think I'm serious. Maybe if some blog readers placed some orders she would consider it...
