Girls reunion weekend

Little Rock just experienced the collision of five college friends reuniting! What a weekend. Grant was off in New Orleans at the Academy of Ophthalmology annual meeting. So what better use of a hubby free weekend than a girls reunion? We could literally spend weeks together just talking, eating, and drinking. There's nothing like old friends that have been with you through so many years.

Dinner at my house.

Laughing in the kitchen.

Miles showing Everett his chair climbing move.

While the mommys drank wine, babies drank milk.

Leah getting her baby snuggle time.

Shopping in Hillcrest.

More shopping. The kids don't look too impressed.

Cocktail time!

Sweet Shelby. Love this expression,

Santa has arrived

Miles and Andrew had a date with Santa today. We didn't know how the boys would react to being placed in strangers laps. We were actually pretty surprised at how well they both did.

I picture Miles saying, "back off Santa, you're upsetting my cuz."

The best picture of both boys.

Monkey business

Miles was a monkey for Halloween this year. And the amazing part of all this? He kept his monkey ears on all night. He must have known how cute he looked in those little ears. This morning (morning after Halloween) he found his years and put them back on. He wasn't ready to be a little boy again.

Hello from the Monkey.

That candy is too high for me to reach.

Oh wait, now I have it.

My cousin is dressed as a frog, how funny is that?

Frog hug.

Sending some very important monkey texts before trick-or-treating.

Best buds.

Michael, Anna, Mandi, and baby #2 (due in April).

If my arms were just a little longer.
