First stripe

Miles earned his first stripe in JuJitsu. He has been working hard and attending classes twice a week. Very proud of his dedication. 

Time off

Grant took some time off from work and we have loved extra family time. Plus, we have had some amazing weather. 

Christmas is here

We had a very magical Christmas filled with lots of wonderful family time. We feel blessed this year for health and happiness. 

Tamale tradition brought back

Now that there are no babies in the house and we have a huge kitchen, it was finally time to bring back Christmas tamale making. Millie and I had so much fun planning and cooking. This year we made a black bean and corn filling. 

Miles learned how to roll and was excited to be a part of the family cooking. We made over six dozen. 

Santa visit

We got to have breakfast with Santa and loved every minute of it. Miles asked for Pokémon cards and Molly wants a remote control cat. 

Fall happiness

Family photos are always full of bribes to smile for a whole hour. But it worked. Lots of love in these shots. 

Christmas tree magic

Our tree is up and the magic of Christmas is in the air. We visited Motley’s tree farm and found the perfect tree. The kids did most of the decorating this year. The excitement and thrill of waiting is palpable.
