Could be that...

Salt Lake City received some Federal money to create a streetcar that would go through the Sugarhouse district. It just so happens that this streetcar would run (literally) right behind our condo. We are really hoping this ends up being a really cool project that attracts neat little shops and good econimc development. In the pictures, you can see our strip of condo units on the right.

The thought right now is that there would be gardens and walking trails along the streetcar and new artsy businesses. The streetcar would also link to another track that goes to the airport. So, this could offer a great way to get around town.

So, let's all hope this is a success!
