This past week, we have put our condo on the market and created a Will, Trust, and Healthcare Directive. Does that sound like too many grown up things to you? The answer is a resounding YES!
February has been a bit of a stressful month for us. We decided to put our condo on the market. This involved getting a storage unit and hauling a bunch of our junk away. I am glad that we are trying to sell, but it sure does take a lot of work. Now we are in the selling phase where we have to live as if we aren't really living in our house. So much fun with a baby!
Please wish us luck on the sale of our condo. We are just hoping we can sell it and break even. If not, then we will have to rent it out.
