12 HOURS!

We have had a sleep breakthrough. The past four nights, Miles has slept 12 HOURS. Before this, he was getting up multiple times throughout the night and nursing twice. I have read about the four-month sleep regression and we definitely experienced it. Now he sleeps from 7-7. I am such a very, very happy (and lucky) camper.

Miles has also started eating some solid food. He really enjoys the eating experience. Do we have a foodie on our hands? So far he has tried rice cereal and squash. Yum, yum.

Soaking up nap-time snuggles. Look at those cheeks!

Off to Mile's 4-month appointment. He is only in the 60th percentile for  height and weight.

Scott and Sarah welcomed baby Jack on January 30. Now we can finally have some play dates.

Miles visited Grant at work and realized that Dad works at a torture center. Look at that scared face.

Working on his tripod sitting skills at baby story hour.

More baby story hour fun with Nathan.

Yoga boys. Marcus is just a few days older than Miles. They joined the mommys at postnatal yoga.

This boy certainly melts my heart on a daily basis.

Grant studying for the boards and holding a sleeping baby. Good multitasking.

FOOD! Look how excited he is to get that spoon in his mouth.

Jim and Mahvash sent this amazing mustache pacifier. Miles thought it was pretty darn funny.

Serious boys and their 'staches.

Sleeping 'staches.
