1088 days until he's 30!

I figured that out in my head, but I think it is right. Grant just turned 27 and we celebrated by working! How fun does that sound. We both worked and then I cooked a wonderful birthday dinner with farmer's market produce and meat. I made some killer shish kabobs with peaches. Who knew grilled peaches were so good.

The evening ended with Grant studying. It wasn't the most exciting birthday, but he felt loved and that is all that really matters in the end. Thank you to everyone who called, facebooked, texted, e-mailed, sent cards, and sent gifts. My gift was painting of Bryce Canyon in Utah.
