110 degrees with 40% humidity

No, that is not the forecast for today (it is actually snowing again here...joy!). That is the temperature in a Bikram Yoga studio. A girl at work had some passes for a few sessions of Bikram (also known as hot) Yoga. It was a 90 minute class where I sweated more than I have in the past year put together.

I did like the deep stretching that you got out of the class, but the sweating was hard to handle. It is so hot in there that it is hard even to breathe. After my second class I decided it wasn't the thing for me. I am going to try regular yoga instead. If I had kept on going to hot yoga, maybe I would be able to do what this girl is doing below...no it is not a picture of me.

Other than that, life has just been moving along. Grant and I are still working way too much right now. Grant is back to 70-80 hours a week, and I am deep into some work projects that are keeping me busy. We haven't been able to come up for air lately. Sorry to our avid blog readers.

We love Anna and Grant,

Dang! I don't get how people can bend like that. I've never heard of hot yoga...but it doesn't sound like fun to me either!
