Falling quickly

Fall is quickly ending which is both sad and extremely exciting for us. It is sad because the trees are just stunning out here, and it is exciting because we have less than 25 days until the ski season starts. (Just typing it makes me giddy with ski-phoria).

We haven't done a good job of taking advantage of the Fall weather. We were able to escape on a short walk the other day and caught some of the leaves changing.

I just might have to paint this one.

And yes, this is Grant trying to accomplish some studying while enjoying the park while I was running. I don't know how much he actually got done. Could you study with a view like this?
