Bad few weeks...

First of all, yes those are deer. They were just sitting there chilling out in the middle of the VA campus while I was walking in the hospital door the other day. They didn't look too concerned that I was taking their picture. This is in the middle of a city!

Other than the deer sightings, the last few weeks have been pretty terrible for the two of us. We've both been REALLY busy. Anna has had some major projects at work that are just now coming to a close, and I've been trying to study a tiny bit for Step 3 of my board exams in between long days (and some nights too) at the hospital. I actually took the first part of Step 3 today, and the second part is tomorrow. It gets a LOT better after the test tomorrow...we're going partying on Saturday night and skiing on Sunday. Anna is actually going skiing both days this weekend!

Then, next Thursday, my parents come to visit Salt Lake City! This will be their first trip to the wild West since we've lived here. We'll take lots of pictures for the blog...
