We made an offer!
We looked at our "finalists" today, and this afternoon we made an offer on one of the condos that we really liked. We aren't going to post any photos on the blog quite yet...don't want to count our chickens before they've hatched. But we'll post updates if we have any. We will have an answer or counteroffer by Sunday!

No wonder they want $250,000.00 for this place. It looks like a castle. I hope you get it at a decent price that you can afford.
