Mimi's Farewell Trip

I wish I could remember how many times my Mom has visited us in Salt Lake City. It has been so many that we can't even count. I'm not sure how I ended up lucky enough to have such a loving Mom. Last week was the final visit she will be making to Salt Lake City to see us. This trip felt like the first of many lasts we will be facing over the next three months. We called the trip, "The Farewell Tour." We tried to hit all Mom's favorite spots and of course included lots of Mimi snuggle time with Miles.

We went on a tour of the High West whiskey distillery. Then we had a yummy tasting.

Miles enjoyed going to restaurants with us. He can sit in a highchair now.

Mimi loves this little monkey butt.

Mimi got to join us for baby story hour.

Miles really could not get enough of Mimi story reading. And I can relate. I always love hearing my Mom read aloud.

First overalls.

Two cuties.

Miles looks so big in this picture. You can start to see what he will look like as a little boy.

Don't go!
The next time my Mom visits us, we will be living in Little Rock. I am not sure I am ready to start my SLC goodbyes yet.
