I vote three times a day

I just watched the documentary Food Inc. The bottom line of this entire post is that EVERYONE needs to see this film.

The film asks the question, "what do you really know about the food you are eating?" It lifts the veil on the food industry in America, and you will be shocked at what is revealed.

Some parts of the film are very hard to watch. The section about the meat industry will really make your stomach turn. But the great thing about this film is that you will feel empowered to make a change. Every time you eat, you are voting on how you want your food produced, how you want the workers treated who are handling the food, and what you want to put into your body.

I am making a stand to choose what I eat wisely. The sad fact is that it really does cost more to eat healthy, but I am ready to fully commit to that change.

So please see the film. Below is the trailer. Let me know what you think.

Yeah! So glad you watched it and that you're on board. It does cost a little more, but real food costs money. Plus, think of how healthy YOU will be if your food is.
