The Job Search Begins

My job search has officially begun. I am trying to get a job in the graphic design field. I have been doing more and more graphic design at my current job and I really enjoy it. It is a good combination of art and business. I have finished my portfolio and have applied to a few jobs this week. I will let you know if I hear anything back.

Grant and I participated in a big multi-family garage sale this past weekend and now we are ready to pack. It is not an easy thing to begin though. We have had a few moving companies give us quotes and have discovered that it is going to be too expensive to use a moving company. The gas prices have really made the prices skyrocket. It looks like we will probably get a uhaul and do the driving ourselves.

Grant and I celebrated our one year anniversary last month. We can't believe that a whole year has passed. It has been a busy one with many blessings. One of the blessings is that Grant's sister Jennifer just got married to a wonderful man named Michael. They are perfect for each other. Here is a picture of us at the wedding.
